Reporting to the HR & Admin Manager, you will be responsible for:
HR Operations
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and proper handovers for departing employees.
- Assist with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain and update the employment database, including electronic and employee P files, and track performance evaluations.
- Stay updated on Singapore Employment Act and related government regulations.
Admin / Office Operations
- Coordinate daily office operations, including meeting room arrangements and visitor reception.
- Manage office vendors for pantry supplies, cleaning services, water dispensers, plants, and office equipment.
- Arrange staff travel, including hotel and flight bookings.
- Process office and staff expense claims and maintain proper filing.
skills and experience required
- At least 3 years of HR & Admin experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of multitasking efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Chinese stakeholders based in Shanghai, China
- Independent, meticulous with strong attention-to-detail
