• Be responsible for the HR lifecycle with a focus on business partnering, HR systems and data analysis, policies management, onboarding / offboarding and talent acquisition
• Manage, develop and update all relevant HR policies, ensuring compliance with local employment and labour laws
• Lead talent acquisition needs including drafting job postings, shortlisting candidates and business partnering with line managers on talent pipelining and their hiring needs
• Implement best practices and maintain knowledge of trends, regulatory changes and new technologies that can enhance HR operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate and update employee records consistently, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards

skills and experience required

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years experience with a focus on HR operations, policies, business partnering and talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge in HR best practices and local employment laws
• Excellent organisational skills, detailed and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
• Familiar with HRMS and MS Office Suite, ability to utilise MS Excel for HR data analysis
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills to communicate to employees of all levels
