Our client is a well known Life Sciences MNC with global operations. They are currently recruiting for a HR & Payroll Specialist (1 year contract), to join their HR team.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a key role within the HR team, supporting HR operations and managing the full cycle of payroll processing activities.
Your job scope includes but not limited to:
- Full cycle payroll processing for up to 500 blue and white collar headcounts across 3 entitles
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, working closely with outsourced payroll vendor, while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations
- Manage payroll data and reports, any audits required
- Manage payroll queries and update any changes by MOM
- Support HR operational matters - onboarding to offboarding activities, employee letters, HR surveys and reports
- Maintain employee records such as pfile management and employee communications when required
- Participate in HR initiatives and events
skills and experience required
- Education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in relevant HR/Payroll roles, ideally in blue collar industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Strong knowledge in MOM labour laws and regulations

- Budget up to $4,200/month + 1 month completion bonus + performance bonus
- Office location: West, Singapore (Transport provided)
- 1 year contract
- Working hours: 8am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
