About the client
I am representing one of the leading aerospace suppliers companies with a strong global presence of both commercial and government clients.
As part of its business growth they are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join their team to generate new business by actively hunting and prospecting new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients for cross-sell and up-selling opportunities.
About the role
Reporting to the Sales Manager your responsibilities will includes
- Process all customer quotes in your portfolio by crafting competitive and clear business proposals.
- Ensure all quotes align with customer requirements.
- Source products by identifying suitable solutions and input contractual supplier prices into our ERP system.
- Inform customers proactively about any delivery delays that may impact their supply chain.
- Participate in business meetings and share updates on ongoing projects.
- Manage customer disputes and open cost estimates and enter orders and send acknowledgments when necessary.
Skills and experience required
- The ability to network and build relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
- Able to work well with minimal supervision and able to juggle multiple projects and through the entirely of the sales cycle
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, project management, and technical teams.
