about the job
- Support and maintain the investment operations risk framework, focusing on risk management and second line of defence activities.
- Handle incident reporting for investment-related issues and assist with risk assessments, control testing, and process reviews to strengthen internal controls.
- Coordinate and prepare Monthly Incident Reporting with the Investment personnel for Risk Management reporting
- Review regulatory breaches, prepare reports to authorities, and escalate issues to senior management and board committees.
- Assist in preparing quarterly compliance reports.
skills and experience required
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting / Finance / Law (or any related discipline)
- Possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with MAS regulations, notices and guidelines with respect to Fund Management and Insurance Investments will be a plus
- Independent and motivated to excel
