- Provide IT support and manage incidents and requests related to end user devices, IT systems, and infrastructure.
- Ensure smooth operation of IT systems and networks, responding promptly to any issues and remediating situations appropriately.
- Address and resolve infrastructure issues in offices and boutiques.
- Deliver onsite support to various SEA locations and remote support for office and boutique users.
- Provide IT support to other Asia regions as required.
- Collaborate closely with the regional IT team and global IT department on operational topics, reporting, and project tasks.
- Act as the main point of contact for all IT support in SEA, liaising with end users, partners, and IT colleagues from HQ.
- Participate in IT-related projects, including boutique openings, office renovations/relocations, infrastructure projects, and event IT setup and support.
- Update and maintain project documents for any involved projects.
- Actively monitor IT services to identify technological incidents, liaising with the regional and global IT teams and partners.
- Properly administer users and devices, ensuring accurate records and configurations.
- Manage IT budget, procurement, and inventory, ensuring cost-effective solutions and proper documentation.
- Maintain IT documentation, including contracts and terms & conditions for services provided by IT vendors.
- Actively provide feedback on IT policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement.
- Contribute to evaluating the current performance of IT services and help define and implement improvements.
- Provide ad-hoc IT support as requested by the Regional IT or Global IT department.
skills and experience required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT executive or a similar role. Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and end user devices.
Experience in project management, inventory management, budgeting, service delivery, and IT support.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
