My client is a well-established company seeking a IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. You will play a key role in troubleshooting technical issues, supporting IT operations, and contributing to infrastructure projects.

about the job

Support, maintain, and enhance IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments.
Provide L3 support for global systems across the APAC region in coordination with HQ.
Design, test, and execute disaster recovery plans, ensuring alignment with corporate recovery time objectives.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal uptime.
Oversee and manage daily backups with Veeam, maintaining data integrity and security.
Contribute to global system monitoring to optimize system performance and availability.
Address escalated help desk issues using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, ensuring resolutions are met within SLAs.
Collaborate with internal teams at all levels to resolve IT-related issues, escalating complex technical or business challenges as needed.
Partner with Corporate IT teams to deliver efficient and seamless global helpdesk support.
Work with HQ to develop and refine a regional asset management strategy.
Supervise the procurement process for hardware, software, and IT services to support regional server and storage infrastructure.

skills and experience required
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), storage solutions, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

Strong knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls) and security best practices.

Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).

Proficiency in IT monitoring and management tools such as ManageEngine, OpManager, or similar.
