about the job
- Respond to end-user IT inquiries promptly, providing effective technical assistance with hardware, software, and network issues.
- Guide users through basic troubleshooting steps for common problems and escalate more complex issues to senior engineers when necessary.
- Install, configure, and maintain software on computers and mobile devices for end users. Support setup and troubleshooting for various hardware, including computers, printers, peripherals, and AV equipment, resolving connectivity and printing issues as needed.
- Support the setup of AV systems for meetings and presentations, troubleshooting and resolving related issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Assist users with any issues related to in-house applications, collaborating with developers or relevant teams to resolve technical problems. Provide user guidance and support for effective application usage.
- Create and maintain user guides for various software applications, including in-house solutions, to support users effectively.
- Handle other IT-related duties or projects as assigned to support the company’s operational needs.
skills and experience required
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, email servers, and Citrix. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
IT troubleshooting experience and experience supporting mid to large group of users.
