about the job
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, you will helm the leadership development portfolio, which includes:
- Designing a leadership development roadmap and curriculum that is aligned with the organisation’s leadership strategy and goals.
- Oversee external training providers for learning and development programs, ensuring high-quality training delivery and maximizing the practical use and retention of knowledge through effective support before and after courses.
- Collaborate with the Talent Management team to identify and conduct leadership and behavioral assessments.
- Develop tailored leadership development plans for senior leaders to address skill gaps and prepare them for current and future responsibilities, including recommending relevant leadership programs, conferences, and forums from reputable institutions.
- Regularly evaluate internal professional development programs to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with organisational goals.
skills and experience required
- Degree-qualified with at least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, specifically having supported leadership development initiatives.
- WSA Advanced Certificate in Training & Performance (ACLP) or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA)
- Demonstrate strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication abilities, including effective stakeholder management.
- Be resourceful, analytical, and possess strong conceptual thinking skills.
