about the job
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Provide legal support and advice to senior management and all internal stakeholders on legal matters
- Draft and review standard template of legal documents, forms and agreements
- Provide sound, coherent and commercially minded legal advice on all matters relating to the organisation’s day-to-day activities
- Review and provide recommendations on the legal aspects and considerations for the development and deployment of new products and services as well as any key business initiatives
- Advise on the impact of laws, regulations and codes on current or proposed business activities
- Coordinate legal feedback with external counsels (if any)

skills and experience required
- Bachelor of Laws Degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Legal positions within law firms or financial institutions; experience in a start-up or fintech environment will be an added advantage
- Hands-on, able to operate in a start-up environment to quickly adapt and grow with the company, shaping their culture and team
