To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, along with at least 5-7 years of experience in a Managerial/Business Development role. A proven track record in M&A project management and financial modeling is essential, as well as excellent business acumen, international business mindset, and communication skills. The ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and travel extensively is also required.
