About the Job
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will collaborate with finance teams in various countries to ensure precise month-end closing and uphold data accuracy within systems. Perform comprehensive analyses of financial performance and operational metrics on a regional level. Support financial planning and analysis initiatives by assisting with management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Identify challenges and foster cooperation among stakeholders locally and regionally on projects related to revenue recognition, process improvements, and system implementations. Deliver essential data, insights, and analytics to enable informed, data-driven decision-making within the business. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, strategic thinking abilities, and the capacity to assertively communicate in a diplomatic manner.
Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate should hold a recognized degree in accounting or ACCA, or relevant qualifications, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates with a Big4 audit background will be advantageous.
