Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and ensure high-quality manufacturing output. The ideal candidate will have experience in process optimization, equipment troubleshooting, and Lean manufacturing methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve product quality.

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process and equipment failures.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Collaborate with R&D and design teams for New Product Introduction (NPI) and process validation.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in manufacturing operations.

• Support automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives to enhance production capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

• Experience in process engineering, production optimization, or equipment maintenance.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, DOE).

• Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, CAD software, and automation systems is a plus.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
