key responsibilities
- Develop and adapt marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
- Create and distribute promotional email campaigns for the B2B database.
- Collaborate with agencies to ensure consistent and high-quality campaign assets.
- Assist in conducting quarterly competitive market analysis to inform strategy.
- Organize and execute B2B customer engagement events, including roadshows and product showcases.
- Oversee the production and distribution of marketing materials for brand activations, sampling initiatives, and sponsorship events.
- Manage logistics for event setup, including coordinating manpower and arranging materials.
- Handle administrative tasks related to B2B marketing, such as processing purchase orders and managing financial documentation.
- Support the implementation of corporate marketing projects and initiatives.
qualifications and experience:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, Events Management, or relevant.
- Experience in marketing or event coordination, either full-time or internship level.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
