Marketing Executive / Senior Executive (Travel retail Brand)

key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of retail marketing campaigns and initiatives, from planning to rollout
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and delivered on time
- Track project progress, anticipate challenges, and drive resolution to meet deadlines
- Define success metrics for campaigns and promotions
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign results, deriving insights to optimize future activities
Drive improvements in customer engagement and ROI - Plan and organize retail marketing events to elevate brand presence and customer experience
- Coordinate event logistics and ensure seamless execution
Draft and disseminate press releases and media updates to support key initiatives - Support the development of press release strategies to enhance brand image
- Ensure brand consistency across all retail marketing touchpoints, including visuals, tone of voice, and messaging
- Work with content teams to develop promotional materials and social media content that reflect the brand’s identity
Liaise with corporate and commercial teams to ensure adherence to brand guidelines - Build relationships with strategic partners (e.g. malls, payment platforms, travel networks) to drive exposure and footfall
- Identify new channel opportunities to expand marketing reach and business growth
- Source and manage vendors for campaign and event needs
- Monitor marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and cost-efficiency across initiatives
qualifications and experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing campaign management, retail operations, or event marketing
- Skilled in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder communication
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Creative problem-solver with experience in event planning and brand communications
- Proficiency in marketing software, project management tools, and basic budgeting
