The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to position them as a key player in the digital transformation landscape, focusing on innovative IT solutions such as cloud computing, IoT, and cybersecurity.
About the company
Reporting to the Country Manager, your key responsibilities would includes
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to target enterprise clients and government organizations.
- Manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Drive lead generation through targeted marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, whitepapers, and events.
- Promote organisational as a thought leader in digital transformation through content creation, media coverage, and industry events.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, videos, and case studies.
- Plan and execute high-impact events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Partner with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals and provide necessary tools and resources.
- Track and report on marketing KPIs, including lead generation, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Utilize customer insights and analytics tools to refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign outcomes.
- Work closely with global marketing teams, product managers, and leadership to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
Skills and experience required
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in IT services or transferable industries with keen interest in venturing into the IT industry
- Proven track record in developing and executing lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
