about the job
- develop M&E BIM models for design, documentation, and fabrication purposes
- ensure high-quality, precise, and timely delivery of M&E BIM models.
- generate precise AutoCAD and Revit BIM drawings based on project requirements
- preparation of M&E shop drawings, and As-built drawing
- identify and report design discrepancies
knowledge and skills
- diploma in Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction related disciplines.
- at least 2 years of local experience in the Construction Industry.
- experience in BIM software / tools.
- working experience in Revit is preferred.
