about the job
- Responsible for the day to day equipment maintenance
- Participate in lean and continuous improvement assignment
- Compile monthly production report( Output, Machine UPH and Yield)
- Production planning and allocation of manpower to meet delivery schedule
- Uphold housekeeping standards for employees
- Actively drive/lead continuous improvement activities to improve yield
- Manage equipment servicing contracts with suppliers.
- Ensure that all equipments are operating at optimum UPH and speed
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma in mechanical / mechatronics engineering / manufacturing
- Min 5 years of equipment maintenance experience
- Possess good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work in western part of Singapore (Tuas / Pioneer / Boon Lay)
