My client is looking for an experienced MES Software Developer to support semiconductor clients by developing applications, making modifications, and conducting day-to-day troubleshooting while meeting supplier requirements.

- Design, develop, test, and maintain software features related to manufacturing processes within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Define technical design, development, and testing processes with comprehensive documentation.
- Ensure MES design solutions align with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the Business Analyst team.
- Develop application functions based on design specifications.
- Modify or configure the MES solution to support continuous manufacturing process improvements, including enhancements to surrounding systems.
- Assist in production support activities, including troubleshooting, investigations, root cause analysis, and implementing preventive and corrective actions.
skills and experience required
Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
Hands-on experience in MES software development (mandatory). Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and support experience in day-to-day operations.
Proficient in core development skills.
