about the job ...

conduct inspections of all M&E systems to ensure quality and compliance
coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors regarding the progress, coordination, and decision-making for M&E works
review M&E construction and shop drawings from respective contractor
monitor civil casting activity and work program
ensure that all M&E works performed by subcontractors are executed in line with project requirements
supervise and ensure all works are executed in compliance with approved drawings, materials, and method statements
provide support to the construction team for M&E engineering activities

knowledge and skills

Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Min 4 years of construction work experience in MRT Project
1 year contract with 1 month completion bonus . contract renewable or convertible to permanent
Attend meeting with LTA & Civil contractor
BIM knowledge experience will be a plus
