The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day trading operations within the crude oil and petroleum commodities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in trading operations and a solid background in the oil & gas commodities industry.

about the job

• Working closely with traders, manage cargo movements, create schedules and nominations
• Establish good working relationships with counterparties,internal and external stakeholders
• Issue, review and/or trade confirmations, contracts and/or letters of credits
• Liaise with Inspector, agent, ship brokers, trade counterparties, storage terminals and internal departments to ensure smooth physical operation, ships meet statutory regulations and availability of quality certificates and test samples
• Assist with KYC and counterparty registration

skills and experience required

• The individual should have both crude oil and / or petroleum product operations experience
• Willing and able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Independent, self-motivated and a team player
• At least 2 years trade operations experience in oil & gas commodities Industry
• Preferably can start work immediately/short notice
• Blending experience is a plus
• Liaise with Europe and Asia offices
