Our client is an international law firm with a strong presence in Asia and a reputable banking & finance practice. There is now an opportunity for an Associate to be part of the team, working with leading banking & finance lawyers in the field.
Responsibilities
Supporting a team of banking & finance partners, you will be responsible for structuring, drafting, negotiating, and closing complex multi-jurisdictional financing deals. You will advise clients on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, including but not limited to syndicated lending, debt finance, acquisition finance, project finance and trade finance, and restructuring.
Requirements
You are admitted to the Bar in a Commonwealth jurisdiction with at least 3 years post qualification experience in the financing practice of a law firm. Armed with a strong technical background, you are driven and motivated to learn and grow. You are client focused and have a track record of delivering quality work.
