Candidate Screening and Assessment: Thoroughly screen and assess candidates based on their scientific expertise, experience, and cultural fit for the role.
Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and recruitment requirements.
Candidate Management: Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through networking, industry events, and social media.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate compensation packages and successfully close placements.
Market Research & Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market insights within the Life Sciences sector.
pre-requisite
- Deep Understanding of Life Sciences: Demonstrated knowledge and passion for the Life Sciences industry, with a strong grasp of research, development, and regulatory processes.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and business development strategies.
- Results-Oriented: Driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Proactive and Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and take initiative.
