They are seeking a highly driven and experienced Partnerships Sales Manager to spearhead their expansion efforts in Singapore. Possessing a strong track record in identifying and securing strategic partnerships within the commercial real estate sector, you will be instrumental in shaping growth and cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with property developers, owners and landlords. You will lead the strategic vision for new location acquisition, drive successful partnership outcomes, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve ambitious expansion targets. This role demands a blend of strategic foresight and hands-on engagement, leading negotiations, collaborating closely with internal teams, and working with external partners to secure prime locations. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead expansion initiatives in Singapore to achieve growth KPIs, directly manage key developer relationships, oversee deal pipelines and targets, develop strategic partnership models, and contribute to new market entry strategies.
- Drive network growth, participate in new business development initiatives within the property sector, and contribute to regional forecasting and resource allocation.
- Establish partnership acquisition standards, lead and develop internal teams involved in the expansion process, and enhance internal processes for efficient deal execution.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institution is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or commercial real estate leasing/acquisitions, with experience in a multi-site or franchise model advantageous.
- Strong drive and passion for sales, with a hunter mentality
- At least 5+ years managing successful partnership development initiatives, a proven track record of leading effective deal sourcing and negotiation processes, and strong expertise in commercial real estate deal structures.
- Experience managing numerous partnership opportunities and overseeing significant asset growth targets, ability to manage from initial outreach to final agreement, experience with CRM or project management software.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven market analysis and forecasting.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present compelling value propositions to senior stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Strong negotiation, time management, and communication skills to interface between internal stakeholders and external property partners across diverse cultural contexts.
