Our client is a reputable Professional Services MNC, currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist (maternity cover contract), starting immediately to April 2025.
about the job
You will be an individual contributor managing the end to end payroll processing for Singapore office (300-350 headcounts), including but not limited to:
- Manage monthly payroll processing, including CPF, Taxes, and reports
- Manage employee income tax filings, including yearly IR8E and IR21 for tax clearance
- Process claims for childcare, maternity, National Service (NS), Skills Development Levy (SDL), etc
- Manage government surveys, and support compensation related processes
- Manage payroll reporting, such as annual leave and bonus accruals
- Process annual salary review and bonus processes when required
- Participate in UAT for payroll system migration project

skills and experience required
- Education in HR or relevant studies
- Experience in processing end to end payroll independently, in-house
- Strong communication, with stakeholder management skills
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in UAT/ payroll migration will be highly advantageous
