Our client is a market leading Retail MNC, currently recruiting for a Payroll Executive to join the HR team.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be part of a Payroll and HR operations team to manage payroll activities, including but not limited to:
Your job scope includes but not limited to:
- Manage end to end payroll processing, such as salary calculations, reporting, and leave and claims processing etc.
- Monitor employee attendance, update the master database, and handle staff roster scheduling.
- Assist with daily HR tasks, including timecard management, p-files, and HR data maintenance.
- Prepare HR-related documents, including confirmation and employment letters.
skills and experience required
- Education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in relevant HR/ Payroll roles preferred
- Meticulous and good with numbers
- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Budget up to $3,500/month x 13 + vb
- Office location: West, Singapore, walkable from MRT
- Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, fully on-site
- Annual leave starts from 10 days/ annum
