They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Marketing Director to spearhead their performance marketing team. With a proven track record of success in performance marketing, you will shape the strategic vision, drive client achievements, and cultivate a high-performing team. You will oversee performance marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with business goals and continuously refining strategies for maximum impact. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution—leading the team, collaborating closely with clients, and working across departments to achieve exceptional results in digital marketing. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the Performance Team to achieve client KPIs, directly manage top-tier clients, oversee budget and goal pacing, develop growth marketing strategies, and contribute to new client onboarding.
- Drive revenue growth, participate in new business initiatives, and contribute to resource planning and business forecasts.
- Set performance standards, lead and develop team members, and enhance internal processes.
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institution is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with agency experience
- At least 5+ years managing successful performance marketing teams, 3+ years of people management experience, a proven track record of leading effective marketing operations, and strong expertise in paid marketing / media.
- Experience managing numerous client campaigns and over $5M in annual advertising spends, ability to manage from strategy to optimization, experience with Project Management software
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and communication skills to interface between internal stakeholders and clients
