about the job
- Diary and Schedule Management:
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Plan and organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Administrative Support:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Handle document filing and retrieval, ensuring organizational efficiency.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Arrange and prepare materials for meetings.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
- Task Management:
- Track deadlines and commitments, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.
- Personal Assistance:
- Handle personal errands and tasks as needed.
- Manage household administration such as payments, recrod keeping.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should come with at least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Experience in supporting senior executives or management is an advantage. You should also be meticulous, organized, able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Mandarin), and proficient in MS Office Suite.
