their projects include features, shorts, documentaries, video art, television series and audio plays. They are presently looking to onboard a Personal Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Founder of the organisation who is based in Singapore.
about the job
As a Personal Assistant, your primary duty is to provide administrative support to support the founder’s day to day activities, assisting in personal tasks and errands as well, ensuring all tasks are executed timely and effectively. Your job responsibilities will include attending to the founder’s email correspondences, scheduling of appointments and meeting, coordinating travel arrangements, processing expense reimbursements, assisting in the management of media inventories, conducting office management duties and performing any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Founder.
You should be an adaptable individual who is keen to work in a cross functional capacity, liaising closely with the treasurer and accountants from the affiliated offices in New York and London. conducting treasury activities and support in the annual tax filing process.

This position sits within a home office environment and reports directly to the founder of the organization.
skills and experience required
The incumbent should be tertiary educated with at least 2 years of proven experience in providing secretarial/ administrative support in a diversified environment. To succeed in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail, with proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion. It is essential that you have great interpersonal and communication skills with a strong command of written and spoken English to establish effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders. The ideal incumbent should also be resourceful, independent and be able to perform under high pressure and tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and general IT troubleshooting is required; knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
