- Efficiently manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle email and phone communications, ensuring timely responses and organised filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings by scheduling, preparing materials, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
- Track deadlines, prioritise tasks, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide personal assistance by handling errands and ad-hoc requests as needed.
- Oversee office supplies, vendor management, and support team activities, including event organisation.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate should come with at least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar role. Experience in supporting senior executives or management is an advantage. You should also be meticulous, organised, able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Mandarin) to communicate with various overseas stakeholders, and proficient in MS Excel / PowerPoint.
