- Bid Management: Oversees the entire bid lifecycle, from strategy development to proposal submission, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with client requirements.
- Pricing and Costing: Develops comprehensive pricing and costing models, balancing competitiveness with profitability.
- Risk Assessment: Conducts thorough risk assessments to identify potential challenges and propose mitigation strategies.
- Resource Coordination: Organizes bid resources and manages cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with internal teams, including sales, operations, finance, and legal, as well as external partners, to align objectives and expectations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refines bid processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and success rates.
