Join an exclusive leadership role that drives the growth of our Prestige portfolio. We are seeking a Prestige Brand Manager with a passion for luxury and premium spirits to develop and execute strategic initiatives that engage high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and enhance brand prestige. This role is instrumental in synchronizing strategy with our business, Marketing, Commercial, and Logistics teams to shape the future of luxury spirits in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Luxury Capability Framework & Roadmap: Collaborate with the firm, Marketing, Prestige Project, and Commercial teams to establish a long-term strategy for Prestige brand development in Singapore.
- Prestige Portfolio Management: Work closely with the firm and Logistics teams to manage exclusives & limited editions.
- Exclusive Client Engagement: Lead a dedicated Prestige Project Team to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth consumers and private clients.
- HNW & VIP Activations: Oversee business intelligence (BI) efforts to design and implement exclusive activations tailored to HNWIs and VIPs.
- Channel Strategy & Partnerships: Align strategies with Trade Marketing and Commercial teams to strengthen key prestige retail accounts and distribution channels.
- Business Growth & Insights: Analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to drive sales, engagement, and brand prestige in the luxury spirits segment.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5-8 years of experience in a relevant luxury field, ideally in premium alcohol, asset management, or high-end consumer goods.
- Proven track record in direct sales and relationship management with HNWIs - Deep understanding of the Singapore and Southeast Asia luxury market.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business growth strategies.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to engage effectively with a diverse luxury clientele.
