oversee procurement contracts to align with specifications of the policies
execute and manage tendering processes and purchases larger than SGD40k
ensuring goods and service availability in accordance to budget and requirements

skills and experience required

min. 3 years of EPC experience for both services and equipment within O&G/terminal storage industry
strong knowledge in contract laws and drafting of contracts
bachelor's degree qualification
