We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to manage the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of structured cabling projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects meet time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction requirements, overseeing all phases from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily activities on-site, managing information flow and tracking progress, quality, and safety issues.
- Assist in completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation is accurate and expectations are met on time and to high standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues in collaboration with the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on enhancing their perception of service quality, timely delivery, responsiveness, and effective problem-solving.
- Travel to various job sites as required.
- Be willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary.
- Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of technical and construction documents.
- Proven experience in the construction or technology industries is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated management and leadership experience.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Understanding of general contractor procedures.
