skills and Experience Required
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of project management experience in banking, financial services, or consulting, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Expertise in managing complex projects, including scope, timeline, and resource management.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in guiding cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, demonstrating problem-solving skills and resilience.
- Knowledge of Channels & APIs (internet banking, mobile, API, H2H) is advantageous.
- Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile are desirable but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in client onboarding, external API functionality, and regional API rollouts is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk and track project issues through to resolution.
