oversee day-to-day operations for all properties
manage the maintenance schedule and needs, addressing any issues required
manage tenant's concerns and inquiries, and support in handover/takeover processes
preparation of reports regarding (property performances and costings)
liaise with contractors for maintenance and management works

skills and experience required

Diploma/Degree in the relevant field
min. 3 years of experience in property management
able to perform simple electrical hands-on work
