We are establishing a new regional headquarters in Singapore by February 2025 to support and oversee operations across Southeast Asia and South Asia. The Quality Management Manager will be instrumental in ensuring high standards across these regions by managing quality control, standardizing processes, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality management, focusing on ISO and QS standards.
- Standardize operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.
- Lead automation, paperless operations, and continuous improvement (Kaizen).
- Develop KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide training.
- Manage document control systems, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize communication, risk management, and system usage.
Requirements:
- Degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in business process improvement, document management (DMS), and ISO standards.
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge in tools like ERP, CRM, and BPM.
- Ability to travel regionally as needed.
