Establish product specifications, set up process flows
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries from customers

Requirements

PhD/ Msc / Bachelor's in Engineering or equivalent
Min 6 years experience in semiconductor substrate manufacturing
Experience with CAD/CAM systems, including creating specifications and drawings
Able to commit to relocate to Japan for training (6-12 month)
Keen to work in west of Singapore (Tuas)
