What You'll Do
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from client consultation to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties.
- Market Mapping & Business Development: Identify key hiring trends, develop new client relationships, and grow your personal brand within BFSI recruitment.
- Consultative Approach: Partner with clients and candidates to understand their needs, providing insights and career guidance beyond the job description.
- Negotiation & Stakeholder Management: Close deals, manage counteroffers, and drive successful hiring decisions.
