- Manage existing customer and develop new potential opportunities
- Develop and maintain a sustainable distribution network
- Provide regular updates on regional performance and market insights
- Ability to handle all the enquiries and negotiation with customer
- Identify and engage with high-potential dealers and customers
- Lead team to fulfil customer escalations/reschedule
- Define clear sales targets and KPIs
- Drive cost reduction by working with internal functions
skills & experience required
- Msc / Degree in engineering
- Minimum 15 years of business development & sales working experience in powertools machinery
- Experience in managing sales personnel remotely from Singapore
- Experience in B2B sales of powertools for agriculture / mining sector will be a big plus
- Able to travel to overseas-regional for work assignment (50%)
- Willing to travel to west of Singapore (Main Office) for work
