Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
- Drive sales expansion by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities early in the sales cycle to maximize revenue potential.
- Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
- Represent the company at industry events and professional associations.
- Track sales performance, market trends, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Utilize CRM tools for activity tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably in testing laboratories or construction materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Material Sciences or a related field (other degrees considered).
- Strong understanding of testing procedures and industry requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%, including overnight trips as needed.
Key Details:
- Working hours: Monday to Fridays, 830am - 6pm
- Location: North of Singapore (Office relocating to West in late 2025)

- Bonus Scheme: AWS + Performance Bonus
