Our client is a steadily growing business within the Tech industry. They are currently recruiting for a Regional Rewards Specialist/ Manager, to manage rewards activities across the APAC region.

This role is an individual contributor role, who will manage the development and implementation of effective compensation and benefits strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing the regional rewards strategies, preferably in a dynamic global environment.
You will be responsible for managing, designing, implementing and reviewing the company rewards strategy, policies and governance processes for employees in the region. This includes leading and overseeing Compensation and Benefits philosophies, proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in total rewards, driving initiatives to enhance the competitiveness and effectiveness of total rewards programs.
skills and experience required
- Minimum of 3years of demonstrated experience in managing Rewards activities
- Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills, along with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, enabling you to effectively influence and engage various stakeholders, including the senior management team
