key responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and adaptation of brand assets for the F&B chain, including packaging design (tissues, paper cups, paper bags, etc.), ensuring alignment with global brand guidelines while catering to local market nuances.
- Develop localized creative solutions for each market, considering language, culture, and consumer preferences.
- Ensure all creative assets align with global brand guidelines while allowing for market-specific adaptations that resonate with local consumers.
- Lead the development of creative concepts and assets for seasonal campaigns, special events, and promotional activities (e.g., Christmas, Lunar New Year, local festivals).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and store teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage external creative agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand materials.
- Support the expansion of the F&B experience in eight key markets across the region.
- Partner with global and regional teams to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while ensuring relevance for APAC markets.
- Stay updated on design trends and consumer behaviors in the F&B industry to drive innovative and engaging experiences.
- Continuously seek new ways to enhance the customer journey, ensuring a premium and memorable experience at every touchpoint.
qualifications and experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in creative development, brand experience, or marketing, within the F&B sector.
- Open to those with a background in marketing agencies specializing in F&B.
- Strong knowledge of brand identity, packaging design, and localization strategies, preferably across diverse APAC markets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
- Strong project management skills, with experience handling creative briefs, production timelines, and vendor negotiations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through design and branding.
