Skills and experience required

• At least 8 years of finance operations/credit controlling experience in the insurance sector.
• Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams, with the ability to lead by example and drive results.
• Exceptional communication skills to work collaboratively with senior management, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
