about the job
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, the job scope includes but not limited to:
- Manage all Compensation and Benefits matters, ensuring competitiveness of policies and programmes to attract and retain talents
- Manage Performance Management systems and processes - including performance issues, yearly performance reviews, promotion cycles, and more
- Manage monthly payroll using an external payroll vendor, ensuring accurate and timely processing of salary, and compliance with local laws and regulations
- Analyze HR data and processes to drive improvement, recommending of best practices aligned to the business needs
- Lead, implement, and drive relevant HR projects and initiatives
- Support HR operational matters/ employee life cycle activities

- Budget: $12,000/month + attractive variable bonus and benefits
- Office location: CBD, Singapore
skills and experience required
- Education in human resources, business, or related fields
- Experience in Payroll Processing - vendor management
- Proactive, detail-oriented and independent
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and a data-driven mindset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skill
