Our client, a global leader in resource management solutions, is seeking an experienced professional from the Microelectronics industry to join their team as the Regional Key Account Manager. This role is pivotal in managing and growing the Microelectonics market in Asia by engaging strategic accounts and driving innovative solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with regional business development and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Management
- Develop and lead the Microelectronics market strategy for the Asia zone, aligning with the Group Market Director and tailoring it to the regional context.
- Organize C-level meetings with strategic accounts within the region.
- Stay informed about ME market trends, competitors, and key players, ensuring timely go-to-market strategies for innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to define and develop solutions across water technologies, energy, and waste management portfolios that address or anticipate client needs.
Key Account Management
- Manage and develop relationships with strategic key accounts and prospectswithin the microelectronics sector, mapping client stakeholders, building engagement, and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate commercial responses to market opportunities, both solicited and unsolicited.
- Establish comprehensive understanding of clients’ decision-making processes, stakeholders, and competition.
- Initiate commercial relationships, propose tailored solutions, and transition projects to relevant teams while maintaining oversight of commercial activities.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, preferably in a technical or commercial field.
- 10–15 years of experience in a leading company within the Microelectronics industry, particularly in Asia, with expertise in strategic planning, commercial development, marketing, or operations.
- Strong network or prior experience within Microelectronics Manufacturing.
- Willingness to travel across Asia
- Quick learner with curiosity to understand business models and resource management solutions.
- Empathetic, open-minded, and an effective team player.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary environments.
- Self-motivated with a drive for high performance and success in business development.
- Adaptable to working in a remote, matrix-managed environment with the ability to handle complex, multi-country projects.
