- Oversee and manage small to medium-sized new store projects, improvements, fixture installations, and rollouts from start to finish.
- Support managers in the successful execution of large-scale projects.
- Collaborate in both Direct and Wholesale retail markets, as well as with Distributor operators worldwide.
- Manage global projects across Asia and ANZ regions.
- Attend meetings with property owners (landlords) to fully comprehend site conditions, fit-out requirements, local codes, building conditions, timelines, approvals, and other relevant factors.
- Forecast, track and manage project budgets
- Exercise project tendering/bidding process from various contractors/vendors
skills & experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Min 3 years of experience in retail construction and fit-out management (experience with retail projects/store openings is essential), retail fixture development, architecture, and building/construction.
- Able to travel as the role requires 50% of travelling
