key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and execution of GTM calendars, milestones, and deliverables to ensure efficient seasonal operations.
- Lead seasonal go-to-market (GTM) processes, systems and tools for regional hubs across the region.
- Align procedures with general market strategies to ensure uniformity in execution and direction.
- Key interface and point of contact between the Global, APAC and country teams, in ensuring efficiency across the organisation.
- Lead and manage the lifecycle of projects from development to implementation.
- Lead and manage sample budget planning, sample ordering process and guidance, sample tracking for all categories, working with internal stakeholders.
- Assure all relevant stakeholders of successful delivery of important milestones and efficient communication.
- Conduct regular reviews of processes to engage stakeholders in enhancing timelines and communication effectiveness.
- Support the regional marketing team in the preparation and analysis of all GTM content, as well as sell in tools for seasonal trade meetings across markets.
- Improve operational procedures and equipment on a constant basis to support GTM initiatives.
- Oversee operational facets, such as showroom operations and brand and channel team support tools.
- Encourage cooperation between regional teams and important departments to guarantee superior GTM execution.
- Serve as a liaison to improve alignment with changing business needs and market strategies.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

- You should have demonstrated experience in GTM strategy and execution in a regional context.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment
