key responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and accuracy of product data across internal systems, ensuring smooth integration between upstream and downstream platforms.
- Manage product data templates, including range planning, pricing lists, and margin simulations.
- Administer sell-in tools and ensure product visibility across platforms.
- Regularly audit data accuracy, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions.
- Act as the primary administrator for merchandising and master data systems, ensuring functionality and efficiency.
- Lead implementation and rollout of new merchandising tools and system upgrades across the region.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for merchandising data management and system processes.
- Support GTM execution by ensuring the availability of complete and accurate product data packages.
- Provide training on merchandising systems and processes to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor data consistency across systems and ensure alignment with merchandising strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and business intelligence reports to support decision-making.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables for product data and system-related tasks to align with seasonal GTM milestones.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient data integration and merchandising operations.
- Conduct post-season analysis to identify areas for process improvement and implement enhancements.
- Regional Merchandising Operations & Planning Teams
- Cross-functional teams including Category Management, Sales, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning
- Country teams across Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam
qualifications and experience:
- 5 years of experience in merchandising operations, sales analytics, CRM or related functions within a multinational environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis, Microsoft Excel, and merchandising systems.
- Strong background in merchandising, category management, or business operations within retail, FMCG, or a related industry.
- Solid understanding of GTM processes and regional market dynamics.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with strong presentation skills.
- Good understanding of Retail Management processes & systems.
- Strong analytical skills.
