This role sits within the commercial division and reports to the management team based in the region. As part of a dynamic and collaborative setup, the team works closely with country managers and cross-functional stakeholders including field service and applications specialists to drive business development and customer engagement across Southeast Asia.

About the Job
As the Regional Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales and marketing of laboratory instruments, labware, consumables, and reagent-based research systems. You will conduct regular regional customer visits to expand product portfolio offerings, support new product evaluations, and develop commercial strategies to drive growth. You will also coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and consistent communication across departments. The position is based in Singapore and involves regional travel.

Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate will possess:

• A degree in Science or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a trading or distributor environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of trade facilities such as Letters of Credit is a plus.
